Slime is not edible. Each order recieves a care packet. The care packet includes borax and citric acid. These powders are used to care for your slime. Borax and citric acid are not edible. Find out more here.

Sonria Slime ships worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL from Florida, US. International customers are responsible for all custom charges as due upon delivery- please refer to your local customs office for more information.

To minimize waste, each of our slimes is made to order. Please allow up to 6 business days for processing and packaging of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

All sales are considered final- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product. However, in the small chance you are not completely in love with our products, please email us and we will come up with a satisfactory solution.

Our slimes are entirely handmade. As such, each slime may vary slightly in color, texture, and fragrance. These characteristics are not flaws, but rather a tribute to the organic nature of handmade goods. 

Slimes are properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. If any damage occurs, please email us a photo (sonriaslime@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving the order. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution. Shipment charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
