If there is something about our products that aren't meeting your standards, please let us know. We truly want to hear from you so we can make it better.

 

All sales are considered final- we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product.

 

Our slimes are entirely handmade. As such, each slime may vary slightly in color, size, texture, and fragrance. These characteristics are not flaws, but rather a tribute to the organic nature of handmade goods. 

Slimes are properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. If any damage occurs, please email us a photo (sonriaslime@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving the order. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution. Shipment charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
