Order Processing

➜ All orders ship from Florida, USA.

➜ We process orders within 8 days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, this processing time is tentative. Customers will be notified of any delays in processing and be offered a full refund/cancellation of order if processing exceeds 8 days post purchase date.

➜ Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with all order details. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

➜ If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sonriaslime@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

➜ Please review and ensure you have entered the full and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you resubmit your order.

USA Orders

➜ We offer affordable US shipping on all domestic orders based on order weight. Shipping may take 4 to 6 business days after processing. Delays can occur due to a high volume orders or postal service issues outside of our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL Orders

➜ International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out.

➜ Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sonria Slime LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
